Coriander-Mint Fruit Chutney Recipe
Required Ingredients
Coriander-Mint: 100 grams
Black pepper: 15
Rock Salt: As per taste
Cumin: ½ teaspoon
Lemon/Pomegranate: 1 piece/10 grams
Preparation Method
Pluck coriander and mint leaves and wash them thoroughly. Grind black pepper, rock salt, cumin, and pomegranate seeds (or lemon juice) into the leaves until smooth. If you prefer not to use pomegranate, simply squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mixture. This will give you a fresh, tangy, and delicious fruit chutney!
