Dried Coriander-Mint Chutney Recipe
Required Ingredients
Coriander-mint: 20-20 grams
Ginger: 10 grams
Green chilli: 4
Cumin: half teaspoon
Asafoetida: similar to mung bean
Raw mango: 50 grams
Salt: as per taste
Black salt: a pinch
Preparation Method
Dry the coriander and mint leaves and make a fine powder. Sieve a spoonful of the powder through a flour sifter or strain it with a cloth. Grind ginger, green chilli, cumin, asafoetida, raw mango pulp, and salt to taste. Mix this with the coriander and mint powder. This chutney offers a different taste from traditional green coriander-mint chutneys, making it a unique and flavorful option.
