Ginger Mint Coriander Chutney Recipe
Required Ingredients
Mint-coriander: 1 bunch each Ginger: 20 grams Cumin: quarter spoon Coriander: half teaspoon Asafoetida: similar to mung bean Green chilli: 2 Salt: as per taste Mango powder: one spoon Onion: half sugar/mishri/ Jaggery: 1 teaspoon
Preparation Method
Peel, cut, and wash the ginger thoroughly. Fry half of the cumin and asafoetida, then mix it with Ginger powder, mango powder, and ginger. Grind everything finely. Finally, add the remaining roasted cumin and grind asafoetida. The chutney is now ready and delicious. Note: You can substitute dry mango powder with half a lemon, pomegranate seeds, raw mango, or kaitha for a different flavor.
