Kashiphal Chutney Recipe
Required Ingredients
Kashiphal: 50 grams
Green Coriander: 15 grams
Cumin: 1 teaspoon
Coriander: 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida: similar to mung bean
Salt: as per taste
Oil: 15 grams
Mango powder: 1 teaspoon
Lemon: half
Sugar: 1 teaspoon
Preparation Method
Fry the peel or pulp in oil. Grind together green coriander, dry mango powder, cumin, coriander, asafoetida, and salt. Also grind the fried ingredients. Squeeze lemon on top and sprinkle sugar. Take Kashiphal chutney is ready. You also eat and feed others too.
