Required Ingredients

radish : 50 grams
green coriander: 15 grams
Cumin : 1 tsp
Asafoetida:mung bean
Green chilly : 2
Coriander : 1 tsp Salt : as per taste
black salt : a pinch
mango powder : 1 tsp
lemon : 1
dry mint: half small spoon

Preparation Method

Peel the radish and wash it. Grind the radish pieces finely with green coriander, green chilli, dry mango powder, half cumin, coriander and salt. After grinding well, fry the remaining cumin and asafoetida, grind it and add it. After grinding only 2 pinches of dry mint chutney, add it on top by rubbing it between the hands, and then squeeze the lemon and taste the mint-baghari radish chutney. Note: Similarly, instead of coriander, make radish chutney with mint leaves and you can make 'Coriander-Baghari Radish Chutney' by crushing dry green coriander leaves between your hands like mint powder.
