Radish Chutney Recipe
Required Ingredients
Radish: 50 grams
Green Coriander: 1 bunch
Green Chilli: 2
Cumin: 1 teaspoon
Coriander: 1 teaspoon
Mango powder: 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida: a pinch (similar to mung bean)
Salt: as per taste
Lemon: 1
Preparation Method
Peel the radish and wash it thoroughly. Grind the radish pieces finely along with green coriander, green chillies, half of the cumin, coriander, salt, and dry mango powder. Once it's ground well, roast the remaining cumin seeds and asafoetida, then grind them. Add these roasted spices to the chutney and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top. The chutney is now ready—spicy, digestive, and delicious.
